Facts

  1. When the Imam is in seclusion, the living proof of Dawat is in the Da'i al-Mutlaq, and his Mazoon and Mukasir.
  2. The Da'i al-Mutlaq is the vicegerent of the Imam.
  3. As the Imam's vicegerent, the Da'i al-Mutlaq has full authority over matters spiritual and temporal.
  4. The Da'i al-Mutlaq appoints, with the ta'eed and ilham of the Imam, the Sahebs who occupy the rutbas of Mazoon and Mukasir.
  5. Syedna Mohammed Burhanuddin Saheb (TUS) has appointed to the rutba of Mazoon, Syedi Khuzaima Bhaisaheb Qutbuddin (TUS).
  6. Syedna Mohammed Burhanuddin Saheb (TUS) has appointed to the rutba of Mukasir, Syedi Husain Bhaisaheb Husamuddin (TUS).
  7. The Da'i al-Mutlaq, Mazoon and Mukasir are each alone in their rutba.
  8. As part of his call to Dawat, the Da'i al-Mutlaq (and his representatives) take the misaq from mumineen, which states that:
    1. Zahir and Batin cannot be different.
    2. The Sahebs presently holding the rutbas of Da'i al-Mutlaq, Mazoon, and Mukasir are those listed above.
